Cancellation & Refund Policy

JAIN AND ASSOCIATES believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation and refund policy. Since we offer digital tools and online services — not physical goods — our policy is structured around access and service delivery:

Cancellations before access is granted: Cancellation requests will be considered if made immediately after placing the order, provided access to the paid tool or service has not yet been activated or delivered. Once access has been granted and the tool is available for use, cancellation may not be entertained.

Service not functioning as described: If the tool or service you purchased does not perform as described on our website, please report this to our Customer Service team within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate and, if the issue is verified on our end, offer a resolution which may include a fix, a replacement, or a refund at our discretion.

Technical issues or access problems: If you are unable to access the service due to a technical error on our part, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Our team will assess the issue and, if we are unable to restore access, process an appropriate refund.

Service not matching expectations: If you feel the tool or service received is materially different from what was shown or described on the site, please bring this to the notice of our Customer Service team within 30 days of purchase. The Customer Service Team, after reviewing your concern, will take an appropriate decision.

No refunds for change of mind: Since our products are digital and access is granted instantly upon payment, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the service is simply no longer needed after access has been used.

Refund Processing Time
For any refunds approved by JAIN AND ASSOCIATES, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days from the date of approval.
